Azogires (or Azogyres) is a nice, quiet village, just 7 km above Paleochora, on the road to Sougia.

From Azogires there is a path which leads to the village below, Anidri village and then to the beach of Gialiskari.
The path is an easy one and takes around 2 hours.

There is shade on the way.
