Location

A pristine beach just about 1,5 kilometres west from Paleochora, Psilos Volakas is a lovely small pebbly cove.
Psilos Volakas has a characteristic rock in one end, making it a great spot for diving and perfect for families with children!
The waters are among the deepest in Paleochora and have an emerald blue colour.
It is relatively more protected from the winds than its neighboring beaches and an ideal stop for a refreshing dive while exloring the west coast of Paleochora.
Tip: Do not forget your mask.

How to get to Psilos Volakas

In order to reach Psilos Volakas, follow the road starting from Pachia Ammos beach to the west, towards Grammeno and Koundoura.
Psilos Volakas is a 3-5 minute driving distance from Paleochora or 15 – 20 minutes walking distance from Pachia Ammos beach.
